Terms of Service

Revfold is a multi-SSP revenue reconciliation platform for digital out-of-home (DOOH) media owners. The service includes automated data synchronization from SSP platforms, revenue reconciliation, commission calculations, reporting, forecasting, and AI-powered strategic analysis.

You agree to provide accurate information when creating your account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials and any SSP credentials you configure. Each organization account is managed by a single billing entity. You must notify us promptly of any unauthorized access to your account.

You own your data. Revfold does not claim any ownership rights to the revenue data, reports, or other content you upload or sync through the platform.

We may use anonymized, aggregated data for benchmarking purposes only with your explicit opt-in consent via the Data Contribution settings. You can opt out at any time.

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to access data belonging to other customers
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the platform
• Transmit viruses, malware, or other harmful code
• Use automated tools to scrape or extract data beyond the provided API

We aim for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance. We are not liable for downtime caused by third-party providers (Vercel, Supabase, SSP APIs) or force majeure events.

Revfold provides revenue reconciliation and analysis as an advisory tool. The data and insights presented should not be treated as authoritative financial statements. You are responsible for verifying reconciliation results before taking business action.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Revfold and DMRS Solutions LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Plans and pricing are as displayed on the Revfold website. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days written notice. Existing contracts will be honored for their current term.

Either party may terminate this agreement with 30 days written notice. Upon termination:

• You may export your data via the Export Data feature in Settings
• After 90 days, all data associated with your account will be permanently deleted
• Active SSP connections will be deactivated immediately

We will notify you by email at least 30 days before any material changes to these terms. Continued use of the service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
