1. What We Collect
Account information — Name, email address, and company name provided during registration.
SSP credentials — API keys, usernames, and passwords for your connected SSP platforms. These are encrypted at rest and used exclusively for automated data synchronization.
Revenue data — Impression counts, revenue figures, screen identifiers, campaign names, and related metadata pulled from your connected SSPs.
Usage analytics — Page views, feature usage patterns, and session data to improve the product experience.
2. How We Use Your Data
Your data is used to provide Revfold's core services:
- Revenue reconciliation across multiple SSP sources
- Commission calculations for venue partners
- Anomaly and discrepancy detection
- Revenue forecasting and trend analysis
- AI-powered strategic analysis via Anthropic Claude API — only aggregated financial data is sent, never personally identifiable information
- Anonymized benchmarking — opt-in only, controlled via Settings → Data Contribution
3. Data Sharing
We never sell your data.
Anonymized benchmarks are shared with network participants only when you explicitly opt in via the Data Contribution settings.
AI analysis — Queries sent to Anthropic's Claude API contain aggregated financial data only. No PII, SSP credentials, or customer-identifying information is included.
Infrastructure providers — Your data is processed by Vercel (frontend hosting), Supabase (database), and AWS (infrastructure). All providers maintain SOC 2 Type II certifications.
4. Data Retention
Revenue data and official reports are retained for as long as your account is active.
- Audit logs: 2 years
- API usage logs: 90 days
- Webhook delivery logs: 30 days
- Sync job history: 1 year
- Resolved alerts: 6 months

5. Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Export all your data — Settings → Privacy → Export My Data
- Delete your account and all data — Settings → Privacy → Delete Account
- Opt out of benchmarking — Settings → Data Contribution
